In response to the systematic infliction of psychological and physical torture by US forces, PHR's Campaign Against Torture seeks to restore the US commitment against torture, to ensure humane treatment of detainees, and to protect US health personnel from complicity in mistreatment and harm.

Archive of Goverment Documents on Medical Operations at US Prisoner of War Facilities

The Human Rights Library at the University of Minnesota has made available to the public an archive of government documents describing medical operations in US prisoner of war facilities in Iraq, Afghanistan, and at Guantanamo Bay.
