Winds of Death: Iraq's Use of Poison Gas against Its Kurdish Population
Based on work done by PHR in the fall of 1988, Winds of Death documents civilian injuries and deaths resulting from Iraqi armed forces' use poison gas in their attack on the population and concludes that Iraqi aircraft attacked Kurdish villages in northern Iraq with bombs containing mustard gas and other lethal chemical agents.
