Ugandan health leader Dr. Katumba Sentongo, wears many hats—he is the Lyantonde District Director of Health Services as well as the medical director for the district’s only hospital. Lyantonde district is home to over 70,000 people, but has only 3 doctors, 8 clinical officers, and 46 registered and enrolled nurses.
