Access to Medicines in Rural Uganda

Access to Medicines in Rural Uganda

In September 2007, PHR’s partner, the Action Group for Health, Human Rights and HIV/AIDS (AGHA) Uganda, launched a new report titled "A Promise Unmet: Access to Essential Medicines in Rural Uganda." This report was the culmination of months of research tracking the supplies of antimalarial drugs and antibiotics at health centers across three rural districts in southwestern Uganda.
