Varduhi Kyureghyan

Varduhi Kyureghyan manages all accounting functions at Physicians for Human Rights, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash reconciliation, and investment accounts. She oversees month end, quarter end, and year end closings and manages the annual financial audit while ensuring compliance with mandatory reporting such as the preparation of the Form 990 and A-133 SEFA. She successfully instituted the NICRA process at PHR which she monitors for compliance.

Kyureghyan has more than ten years of U.S. corporate and non-profit accounting experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting. Throughout her career, she has successfully interacted with clients and vendors, identified and resolved complex accounting issues, and developed innovative solutions to achieve financial management objectives.

Kyureghyan holds a BS in systems engineering from the State Engineering University of Armenia and is currently working towards her MBA. She is fluent in Russian and Armenian.
