Physicians for Human Rights
Using science and medicine to stop human rights violationsCareers & Internships at PHR
Thank you for your interest in employment with Physicians for Human Rights. A co-recipient of the 1997 Nobel Prize for Peace, PHR is an independent not-for-profit organization that mobilizes the specialized skills, rigor and passion of health professionals and scientists to investigate and stop egregious violations of human rights.
PHR has recently announced that we will be relocating our headquarters to New York City in the spring of 2013. We will also continue to maintain a presence in Washington, DC, and in the Boston area. Our move, and the expansion it represents, will help PHR meet the challenges and increased responsibilities of investigating and documenting human rights abuses around the world, as well as advocating on behalf of the victims of those abuses.
The move positions PHR for even greater growth and impact. As part of that strategy, we are very excited to be recruiting additional energetic, proactive, and resourceful team players with a passion for human rights issues.
Physicians for Human Rights is an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusive hiring and dedicated to diversity in its work and staff.
